For more than 15 years, I've specialized in building scalable, experience-driven programs, including leadership development, onboarding, and frontline training. I bring a people-centered and business-focused mindset to creating programs that are practical, engaging, and built to make a real difference.

I’ve worked across technology, retail, healthcare, and financial services—leading complex initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building programs that support employees at every level, from the frontline to executive leadership.

I’ve led this work from inside organizations and as the founder of Adriane E Jones Learning, a successful learning and development studio I built from the ground up.

Across every chapter of my career, one mission has guided me: to make work better.

I’m also passionate about helping people navigate their careers—especially during times of transition. That passion led me to launch The Career Breakers Show in 2024, a podcast for pivoting professionals.
