Learning Leaders Network is a global community designed for learning leaders who work inside companies.

We are learning & development and talent development leaders who have experience working inside organizations. A majority of our members hold titles like Director of Learning & Development, Manager of Onboarding, or VP of Talent Development, and hold leadership roles within companies. About a quarter of our members are learning leaders with prior experience leading within companies or are looking for their next opportunity.

Experience the power of connection in a sometimes isolating role. Break free from the isolation of leading within your organization and connect with others in similar roles in our vibrant, global community. Here, learning leaders unite to foster collaboration, support, and collective success within a network of positivity.

Our enthusiasm for personal development is as strong as our commitment to developing others. While many of us entered this field to help others learn and grow, we sometimes overlook extending that same opportunity to ourselves.

Our events are structured. During each event, we hear from an L&D leader and then do an interactive activity to facilitate networking and collaboration within the community.

We meet monthly. Meet with our network over Zoom, typically on on the third Thursday of each month at 1pm Pacific/4pm Eastern.
